Their customer service and timely install is absolutely fantastic. Best I've ever seen. The only area that needs improvement is cleaning up after themselves. I've had two vehicles now that have had glass replaced by Boulevard and they have been a wreck on the outside. Have the installers clean up after themselves and it'll be top notch service.
I wish I could give 10 stars! We had a new patio door installed, and the 3 installers were awesome! They were professional, very friendly, and very knowledgeable! Kelley, in the office was very friendly and professional and very helpful! Brenton ordered the door, and kept us informed every step of the way! We also spoke with Seth in the office about another matter and was very helpful! Everyone there is amazing! We will definitely go back!
Our rear glass shattered randomly just before we were to leave town. Boulevard glass worked with us so kindly. Service was done quickly and they worked with our insurance and our deductible. Highly recommend.
Fast and friendly service! $20 to fix a windshield rock chip, and done in less than half an hour. Also the service is pro-rated for additional chips in the windshield, so I was able to get 4 done at once for under $50 plus tax! These guys know what they're doing and are super professional. I can't comment on their other services, as I've only gone to them for windshield repair, but I'll definitely go back. Oh, and their waiting area is very comfortable, clean, child friendly, and has a dedicated restroom for customers.
