After being rear ended I was told by the insurance company I had to take it to Ferrin's. I was told a week later by Ferrin's my truck would be ready. I asked if they checked for damages done mechanically as we agreed they said no it was fine to drive so it was fine mechanically. I didn't get my truck until a month later. They didn't do the job asked . They couldn't even send in an invoice correctly to the insurance for an alignment test. I asked for an alignment test to help see if something was wrong they refused. I went in with my dad he asked and right away they agreed. When I picked my truck up it had a vibration and a grinding sound in the front and my park assist didn't work . I called them and they blamed it on my tires. Same tires I have had for 6 months with no issues. Said they had issues with the park assist working part of the time it would work. They hoped it would fix itself.

If I were able to do zero stars I would. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. Before I scheduled my appointment I asked if they were full service or if they sublet out any work including mechanical work ( replacement suspension, alignments, etc). I scheduled my appointment with them a month and half in advance and they informed me that they had all the parts by the time I dropped off my vehicle. Upon drop off they gave me a 6 day time frame, after a week I stopped by to check progress and they had not touched my vehicle and did not feel necessary to inform me whatsoever. Then when confronted about it told me they had been “busy” and they were still waiting on my parts they had already told me they had on hand. About a week after I stopped by they had finally “completed” the repairs. I asked about a very specific part that was damaged in the accident and they informed me that Harralsons shop that did the alignment did not see an issue. I then asked why they lied about subletting my vehicle out for work and why they did not perform the repairs as requested because it had already been confirmed that the parts had been damaged prior to dropping the vehicle off. Jim Ferrin told me they never said they don’t sublet work so I was lied to for a fourth time. My vehicle was returned 3 weeks late, not fully repaired, the inside covered in body filler dust, and had a check engine light on that it did not have prior. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER!!!
