This shop is awesome! I have a daughter going to school there in Thatcher and we are out of state. She had a small issue with her car and they got her right in and fixed it so she could drive to the valley to be with family for the holiday. Would totally recommend them for any care repairs!

Dealing with car trouble when your child is three hours away at college is incredibly stressful, but Wayne's Auto Repair made the entire experience seamless and reassuring. My daughter's car kept stalling, and when I called, they immediately got her right in.
Weston handled everything, and his honesty and clarity were exceptional. He patiently explained the different issues they found, and I was genuinely impressed that some problems were solved simply by cleaning the parts, showing they weren't trying to sell me anything I didn't need.
They did identify an underlying issue that needed fixing—which I knew required attention given my limited car knowledge—and Weston laid out the potential cost if they had to hunt and switch out parts. He committed that they weren't going to give up and would focus on pinpointing the exact issue without unnecessary replacements. They followed through completely: they came back half the initial estimate because of their persistence and dedication to finding the most cost-effective solution.
Wayne’s Auto Repair and Weston earned a customer for life. They provided expert service, amazing communication, and genuine integrity. I highly recommend them to any student or parent in the area who needs reliable, trustworthy help.

Honesty is hard to find when it comes to mechanics, but Waynes Pit Stop is very honest and high quality service all around. I can't say enough good things about them!

Weston and his team at Wayne's Pit Stop have consistently provided excellent service on our vehicles. They are fair and transparent about what is needed and complete the needed repairs promptly.

Huge waste of money!!!! We were completely taken to the cleaners and treated with zero customer service. Our car was brought in to have a complete AC system installed. Since we don’t live in town, and we’re struggling to find anyone with openings, we bought the parts ourselves and were told that Wayne’s wouldn’t warranty those parts. Since we’re 2000 miles away that didn’t seem to matter much. Less than a week after installation the air conditioner failed. When we called Wayne’s they said they couldn’t repair it for another week and a half and we would have to pay again for everything. We then went to Waynes for them to look at the car thinking they would look at the car. They REFUSED to look at the problem and again said they could get us in a week and a half with us paying full price. They NEVER checked their work, assumed it was a failed part, and insisted we pay another thousand to have the work redone. We were traveling, couldn’t wait that long, and were disgusted at this point. We brought our car to Phoenix and found a reputable shop. The man there was excellent and installed a new part. He insisted there the condenser had been installed Incorrectly because there were marks on it consistent with the surrounding body parts. We had the shop in Phoenix write up a report that states Wayne’s did a sloppy job installing the condenser which caused the failure. The part was also sent back to the supply company which agrees with the Phoenix shop. When we provided this info to Kimberly and Mark at Wayne’s they still insisted there was not any warranty and even refused to credit some portion of their labor. So basically we spent over $1000 at Wayne’s, the condenser was installed incorrectly, the refrigerant leaked out, and we had to purchase another condenser and have the entire system recharged.
If you want good honest service this is Not the place.
Obviously this is another entitled store owner that thinks since they did the work they should be paid and not held accountable for faulty work.
