The first thing he asked was where I was from. When I told him where I live, he immediately said he didn’t service people from my area. I explained that the property needing service was actually located within the area he serves, but he never gave me the opportunity to discuss it. Instead, he was rude and dismissive from the start.
I called him back to let him know his behavior was uncalled for and unprofessional. Rather than listening or addressing my concerns, he hung up on me. I completely understand if a business has service boundaries, but there’s no excuse for treating a potential customer with disrespect. Business is business, and professionalism and courtesy should be extended to everyone, whether you take the job or not.

Very honest man and company! Very happy with the results. Contacted Romeros plumbing after advanced air failed to do in hours and hundreds of dollars later then what Romero did in under an hour! For any plumbing needs I highly recommend them!

-If I could give negative stars I would.-
I called and asked for a quote on unclogging a drain, he insisted on coming to my house without info "for a service call" as soon as I asked if he was going to charge or give a estimate he instantly became rude told me I was wasting his time and hung up.
I've dealt with this guy before and he's super unprofessional and told me he was going to double charge me for the service call and the city because their contractor damaged the line.

Excellent! After wasting time with another plumber that spend all day and then blamed clogged drain on the City, I called Romero plumbing and even though he was very busy he made time to fit me in his schedule. In 20 minutes the clog was cleared. Call a professional, call Romero.

Highly recommend Romero’s plumbing! Got here quickly, stayed late, and got my hot water up and running same day. Very affordable, friendly, and went above and beyond. Would definitely call them again!
