Steak and shrimp were very tasty and properly cooked. Salad and potatoes were also great. Interior is a bit dated, but good food is far more important than a trendy remodel.

I need to get out more often. I ate here last night for the first time in several years and I have to say this place hands down best ribeye in this town. The amount of food you get for the price makes it that much better as well. And of course you can’t beat the views. Staff was super friendly. Going to make this place a date night #1. God Bless

This is our go to restaurant for date night!! The vibe is nice, we always have great service and the food is so good. These are my favorite wings in town! Don't forget to make a reservation because it does fill up quick! I also love the bread dipped in beans!.

This joint is owned by Robin Cantrel. She’s owned it for 200 years or so. The Branding Iron symbolizes rural cuisine reminiscent of an era long past. No greedy corporation runs this joint. Robin, a native of Safford, looks out for everyone who sits here in her home away from home. Her second home/restaurant, though not five star, serves food marinated in Graham County Culture. I prefer the Rose 🌹 room. I recommend calling ahead and making a reservation. I’d give you Robin’s number but she might get ticked. :) . She’s awesome.
The Rose Room and the main area offer a beautiful view of the Gila Valley and Mount Graham one of the largest island mountains one can find. We eat her often. It is my kitchen away from my kitchen.
Here we find perfection in imperfection.
Tonight’s choice: a shared sirloin and lobster. We are going home happy having been served with friendship.
Experience Graham County’s history here before corporate America takes it away.

Although the service and atmosphere were pleasant, my prime rib was served cold despite being ordered medium-rare. The replacement was also disappointing, as it arrived tough, overcooked to medium, and only slightly warm.
Given these issues, I would suggest others choose a steak instead.
I would not recommend.
