The P&Z Commission plays a vital role in shaping Safford’s future—reviewing development proposals, recommending zoning updates, and ensuring growth aligns with our community’s vision for a safe, vibrant, and sustainable city.

No special experience required—just a passion for helping guide the future of our community. The Commission meets just one evening per month, and members serve a four-year term with the opportunity for reappointment by City Council.
