After a fantastic evening on historic Main Street in Safford filled with networking, live music, and local flavor, Town of Pima Vice Mayor Bailey kicked off the morning by welcoming attendees to the final day of the conference.

The Arizona Rural Policy Forum, hosted by Local First Arizona, brings together rural and tribal economic development professionals, community leaders, business owners, nonprofits, and advocates from across the state. Over these two days, participants have shared ideas, learned strategies from proven experts, heard success stories from other communities, and connected with partners who can help bring local projects to life.

It’s been an incredible experience showcasing the spirit of the Gila Valley while strengthening the future of rural Arizona.
