🏗️🌱 Do you know of a vacant or underused property in Safford with untapped potential? The City of Safford is seeking nominations for properties that could benefit from a FREE environmental assessment as part of a regional revitalization effort funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Through a $500,000 Brownfields Grant in partnership with SEAGO, qualifying properties may receive:
✅ Environmental assessments (Phase I/II)
✅ Asbestos & lead-based paint testing
✅ Cleanup and redevelopment planning

There’s no cost to the property owner and no obligation to move forward after the assessment. Funding is first-come, first-served and available through September 2027.
