This national recognition was earned in the category for utilities with 15,000 to 29,999 worker-hours of annual exposure, placing Safford among the top-performing electric divisions across the country.

More than 200 utilities competed for this prestigious award, which recognizes organizations with outstanding safety records and strong safety cultures based on OSHA standards.
