SEAGO and the United Way of Graham & Greenlee Counties
need your help in developing a market study, strategy, and implementation
plan for increasing the amount of housing in the County. The strategy
produced will be aimed at attracting a variety of developers to Graham
County, including those involved in workforce, single and multi-family, and
affordable housing. The project will result in the selection of at least two
preferred sites for new developments, and will provide a framework for those
developments. To guide these efforts, the housing strategy consultant team
will first prepare a housing market study to analyze local trends and
economic conditions, and assess pertinent infrastructure. This survey will help
our team determine priorities for development, while taking community
stakeholder feedback into account.
