(Safford, AZ) – The Safford City-Graham County Library is proud to feature local artist Monika Ragland as Artist of the Month for March! Stop by the library to view her beautiful display, which includes stained glass, photography, and watercolor art.

Monika Ragland is a retired educator, having spent 15 years teaching 6th-8th grade and another 15 years as a high school media specialist at Safford Unified School District. Since retiring, she has embraced her passions for painting, stained glass, photography, writing, traveling, and hiking. She has been married to Ed Ragland for 55 years and is incredibly proud of her two sons, Travis and Lance Ragland.
