To help ensure safe and efficient trash pickup, the City of Safford Sanitation Department kindly asks residents to follow these guidelines when placing trash containers at the curb:

✅ Place your container on the street by 6:00 a.m. on your scheduled pickup day
✅ Ensure the lid is closed
✅ Position the container facing the street
✅ Keep containers at least 5 feet apart from other containers, vehicles, poles, mailboxes, signs, fences, and other objects
✅ Make sure all items inside your container are bagged and tied
